It is imperative that you let us know at the time of booking that you wish to bring a pet. We have a limited number of pet-friendly apartments and need to ensure that we allocate these correctly.
Pets are most welcome, this will be charged at £35 .
If you arrive with a pet and we have not been advised in advance and we do have a pet-friendly apartment available, we will accommodate you. You will be asked to pay the pet fees above.
If you arrive with a pet and we have not been advised in advance and we do not have a pet-friendly apartment available, we will not be able to accommodate you. A refund of your booking will not be offered.
Unless prior approval is obtained guests cannot have more than 2 pets per apartment.
Registered Guide Dogs stay with us for free but you must inform us at the time of booking that you wish to bring a guide dog.
Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by you as the owner.
Pets are allowed inside communal areas in designated areas only and must be kept on a lead. Pets cannot enter any of the carpeted areas.
Pets must not be left unattended. If you require a pet-sitter or pet supplies, you should contact Reception with advance notice.
As the owner of the pet you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet around the Resort and in the surrounding neighbourhood.
Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
You must contact the housekeeping department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing your apartment (for stays of four nights or more). Please request this via reception.
You are responsible for property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. Any property damage will require the breakage deposit of £75 being withheld.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Resort, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet.
