3 Types of Holiday Accommodation to Suit Your Requirements

At North Devon Resort we offer three types of holiday accommodation – Budget, Superior and Residence.

Our ethos is to give guests a choice of holiday accommodation and our tiers ensures everyone can find a price point and accommodation type to suit their needs. 

Whichever type of accommodation you choose we give you the full flexibility to arrive and depart on ANY DAY you choose, even during the school holidays! 

This page will review the three tiers of accommodation at North Devon Resort.

BUDGET Holiday Accommodation in Devon

Let’s look at the BUDGET options on offer:

  • Sea View Double Rooms offer a hotel experience and are refurbished to a high standard.
  • Compact Studios are refurbished and optimize space for your comfort and convenience.
  • 2 Bedroom Budget Apartments are basic but offer more space. They have not been refurbished but offer best-priced family accommodation in Devon.
  • 2 Bedroom Budget Easy-Access Apartments are similar to the regular 2 Bedroom Budget Apartment above but are ground floor with outside parking, ramp access, wider doors, and a wet room with wall rails. 

Sea View and Pet Friendly Holiday Accommodation

Look out for sea view, pet-friendly, pet-free and easy access options. Please ensure you book the correct accommodation for your needs, or raise a request with the Reservations Team. If you are bringing a pet please let us know so that we can allocate you to an appropriate apartment.

SUPERIOR Holiday Accommodation in Devon

Let’s look at the SUPERIOR options on offer:

  • Two Bedroom Superior Apartments contain refurbished bathrooms, deep-sprung beds, an airy living space, and a fully equipped kitchen.
  • Easy Access Two Bedroom Superior Apartments are the same as the regular apartments but are ground floor with ramped access, wider doors and an adapted  wet-room.
  • Three Bedroom Superior Apartments contain refurbished bathrooms, deep-sprung beds (1 double room and 2 twin rooms), an airy living space, and a fully equipped kitchen.
  • Sea View Studios are recently refurbished with a deep sprung king size bed that can be set up as a double or twin. There’s a modern kitchenette and bathroom. These bright, airy studios have a sea view.

  • Sea View One Bedroom Residence With Hot Tub, the perfect couple escape! Newly refurbished with a double room, ensuite shower room, kitchenette and living area plus private, sea-view hot tub deck.
  • Three Bedroom Sea View Residences with Hot Tub, newly renovated to a luxury finish. Modern kitchen, large, airy living area, sleek bathroom, three bedrooms (1 double with an ensuite and 2 twins) plus an airy open plan living space with bifold doors leading out to a private hot tub deck.
  • Sea View Three Bedroom Residences with Hot Tub and Sauna – the same luxury spec as the hot tub residences but with a private sauna on the hot tub deck!

These cosy apartments offer double and twin rooms, a light, airy living space, plus well equipped kitchen and clean bathroom. The outside terrace includes a dining table and chairs, a great place to relax and admire the sea view.
 

2. 2 Bedroom Garden Apartments 

 
With the same spec as the sea view garden apartments but without the view. These cosy apartments offer double and twin rooms, a light, airy living space, plus well equipped kitchen and clean bathroom. The outside terrace includes a dining table and chairs, a great place to relax.
 
3. Sea View One Bedroom Garden Apartments

This thoughtfully designed one-bedroom apartment features a stylish living space with a cosy seating area, a sleek kitchenette, and a modern bathroom.  Covered outside space with a table, chairs and sea view.
