Cook up the day’s catch or a haul from the local farm shop, then step out through bifold doors to your own private terrace, complete with hot tub and outdoor bar — the perfect place to unwind after Devon day trips.

Light and airy, your living room opens out through bifold doors to sea views and your own covered terrace, so the two spaces flow together as one. Inside, you’ll find a comfy sofa and a flat screen TV with freeview channels.

Full kitchen — a proper, fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus the pans, knives, crockery and utensils you need to cook a real meal rather than just reheat one. Bring back the day’s catch or a haul from the local farm shop and make something of it — then let the dishwasher deal with the aftermath.

The private covered terrace is a generous outdoor living space, designed for year-round use. A dedicated hot tub deck takes centre stage, with outdoor dining tables and chairs alongside — ideal for long alfresco lunches, morning coffee in the sea air, or a quiet evening under the canopy. With a protective canopy overhead and sea views beyond, the terrace functions as a true outdoor room — an extension of the living space that can be enjoyed in all weathers.
